Le CIM et le GEMME ont organisé au Conseil de l’Europe, à Strasbourg, les 25 et 26 mai 2023, sous le haut patronage du ministre de la Justice de France et en présence des personnalités des instances européennes un magnifique évènement qui marquera dans l’histoire de la médiation.
Les actes du colloque viennent de paraitre en anglais.
L’ouvrage reprend les interventions des experts d’Europe, d’Asie et d’Afrique, qui ont exposé les avancées mondiales dans les différents domaines de la médiation (notamment familial, commercial, administratif).
